1. Question: How do I register for the GAMOAA Conference? All attendees must complete the Registration Link by September 16th for accurate food and room size.

2. Question: How do I pay? The preferred  Payment Link is on online payment due to convenience, quick processing, and automatic receipts.

3. Question: Is there an alternative payment? All attendees must complete Registration Link. Attendees can bring a check to pay onsite to receive a registration badge if prior email sent to  atlantamoaa@gmail.com

4. Question: Where is the hotel information? Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Kennesaw Town Center 620 Chastain Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Phone: 770-420-2505 for GMOAA room block Hotel Reservations 

5. Question: Do I have to pay for breakfast at the hotel? Yes, you have to pay for breakfast during registration if you want to eat at the hotel. Alternatives are eating breakfast on your own or being a registered hotel guest where breakfast is included.

6. Question: How do I place an ad or become a sponsor or share information with potential sponsors? Complete the sponsorship/ad form here: Fill Out the Ad/Sponsorship Form and pay using the  Payment Link NLT September 16, 2025.

7. Question: Are all chapters making an ad in the GAMOAA Conference? It is optional but it is a great way to show chapter camaraderie by highlighting chapter information such as website, social media information, elected and appointed chapter members, PO Box address, and other relevant information. It is the future use of the 2025 GAMOAA Program and directory of all Georgia MOAA chapters. Complete the sponsorship/ad form here: Fill Out the Ad/Sponsorship Form and pay using the  Payment Link NLT September 16, 2025.
