Sponsor Agreement

Sponsor benefits include

• A full page placement in our commemorative Conference Program and Brochure. This program will be printed on 8.5 x 11 inch high quality gloss paper with the expectation it will contain about 40 pages.
• Logos and internet links will be placed prominently throughout the MOAA state website.
• A table in the hospitality suite to engage attendees when the suite is open.
• A 5 minute opportunity to present to the attendees at the mandatory business meeting on Saturday morning at the hotel.
• Two tickets to the GAMAA President’s Reception held Friday, Nov 6.
• Two tickets to the business luncheon Saturday, Nov 7.
• Two tickets to the conference banquet on Nov 7.
• Other possible provisions as agreed to by the parties.

Why Place Advertisement or Memorial in the Conference Program

• A single high quality program will typically be kept for 1 - 5 years. 72% of attendees will retain their high quality “souvenir level” programs which will be passed along 2 - 3 times for additional viewing, expanding reach beyond the initial attendees.
• Conference attendees are a prime quality senior veteran audience. Conference supporters and advertisers brands will be positively displayed as to enhance their image.
• An advertisement or memorial in the conference program demonstrates support of the host organization plus support and commitment to veterans.
• Advertisements and memorials will generate interest and discussions among attendees and others.
• An advertisement helps your organization stand out during and after the conference. A QR code or URL in the advertisement will direct attendees to your website or location.
• We have 19 local chapters throughout all of Georgia which will ensure statewide distribution of the program.
