The 2026 State Conference, hosted by the Athens Area Chapter, will be held November 5 - 8, 2026 at the UGA Center for Continuing Education and Hotel in Athens. Located on the UGA campus, the Center offers hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, dining, and convenient parking. Plus, we’ll only be a short distance from downtown Athens restaurants, shops, and night spots (if you’re so inclined).

Reservations can also be made by calling the Georgia Center at 706-542-2134. If making reservations by phone, use Group ID #73327. This telephone number can also be used for any hotel reservation problems, room cancellations, etc.

Please note another event, the UGA Family Weekend, is scheduled for the same weekend as our Conference, and may place additional demand for lodging at the Georgia Center. We have plenty of rooms available for our possible use through October 6. After that date, any unreserved rooms that had been set aside for our group will be made available to other guests. So please make reservations before October 6.
